- Sometimes I will only have deletions, promos, or cut-outs of a particular
title. Often, these will be marked in some way, either by a stamp on
the cover, or a small cut-out hole in the case (usually going through
the case & back sleeve). Except in the case of rare CDs these will
be cheaper than normal price
- IMPORTANT: If you don't want cut-outs for any reason, please indictate
when you order.

AUGIE MARCH - Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, Augie March
have made my favourite albums of this century. with music and songs ranging
from sheer spine-tingling beauty to brain rattling sonic bombshells. The
first thing to stress is that mainman Glenn Richards loves words.
Virtually every song stands on it's own as poetry of a distinctly original
kind. Each line is filled sometimes to overflowing with remarkable imagery,
astonishing ideas and breath-taking delivery to what, at first, seems
like simple musical backing but always turns into an intricate and deeply
involving roller-coaster trip. It's not pop, nor is it rock not folk nor
indie. I wouldn't call it psychedelic either but it is a fantastical mixture
of all these and other stuff too. I could probably spend a week here fumbling
for the apt description but not come close to doing this band justice.
Just check them out and hopefully become as smitten by this unique &
wonderful band as I have:
- Sunset Studies (Aussi BMG '00. Astonishing debut album. Not always
easy to get hold of but incredibly well worth any wait involved.) 16.00

containing their hit single, One Crowded Hour which has helped elevate
them way above cult status in Australia
and hopefully the world.) 12.00
TAL BACHMAN - s/t (US Columbia '99. This son of Randy Bachman has
a honey drenched voice & a band that knows how to create a catchy
and mature pop sound with infectious chorus hooks.) 5.00
MARC BACINO - Million Dollar Handshake (US Parasol '03.) 6.00
FRANK BANGO - Fugitive Girls (US Not Lame '98) 10.00
FRANK
BANGO - The Sweet Songs of Decay (US '08. Brand new one just
in) 12.00
ANTON BARBEAU - 17th Century Fuzzbox Blues (US Frigidisk '00. Anton
treads a unique path defiantly doing his own thing in a most prodigious
fashion and has links with Scott Miller, in many ways. Scott helps out
on the odd production. It's a beautifully, charming, unpretentious folk-poppy
path, revelling in the creative process with no attempts to appeal to
any commercial market whatsoever. Artists like this should be given awards!.)
